Having done personal colored sand projects with my kids and their friends, I can easily say these are the difference between a design that stays lasting and one that get shook up! Tapping the bottle to settle the sand ensures the design stays put, and considering the projects won't often have the safest trip back home (shook up and tossed around) making sure the sand is packed tight makes sure it looks just as great year one as day one!
